These terms govern your use of the Trygve Take-Off Kit ("the Kit"), a construction quantity take-off and BOQ platform operated by Trygve Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Kit you agree to these terms.
The Kit computes construction quantities, costs, and bills of quantities from the dimensions, schedules, and rates you enter, and lets you share projects with your team by role (owner, engineer, purchaser, client). We work hard to keep the Kit available and your data safe, including daily database backups and an in-app export so you always hold your own copy.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full features. After the trial, creating and editing projects requires a paid subscription. Your existing data always remains viewable and exportable, paid or not — we never hold your data hostage. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You agree not to attempt to access other tenants' data, disrupt the service, or use the Kit for unlawful purposes. Accounts of team members you invite are your responsibility to manage.
The Kit is a calculation aid, not a substitute for professional engineering judgement. Quantities, costs, and BOQs produced by the Kit are derived from your inputs and standard computation methods; they must be reviewed by a qualified professional before being used for procurement, contracts, or construction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the Kit's outputs, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Your project data belongs to you. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. If you close your account we will delete your data on request.
You may stop using the Kit at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where practicable. On termination for any reason, your right to export your data survives for 90 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
